Important update regarding Kaiser Permanente Transition
Last updated: July 6, 2026
Kaiser Permanente's contract with VectorCare expires on July 31, 2026. We want to make sure you understand what happens next and what you may need to do.
What is changing
After July 31, the Kaiser namespace will be deactivated. Your VectorCare namespace with other requester connections will continue without interruption. You will log in the same way and continue to see and use everything else as normal. Only the Kaiser namespace is being deactivated.
Billing and request status
VectorCare charges only for Service Requests that are accepted and completed. Because charges follow the status set on each Service Request, please work with Kaiser Permanente to confirm that every Service Request is in the correct status before July 31, 2026. We are not able to charge or refund based on an assurance alone from a requestor or acceptor, so accurate status on each request matters.
We have advised Kaiser Permanente to cancel any future-dated trips in VectorCare. We cannot confirm whether they have done so, so we recommend you check that future-dated requests are correctly canceled or updated before the deactivation date.
If you need your Kaiser data
Kaiser Permanente may ask us to delete the data associated with the Kaiser namespace, including protected health information. We do not know whether they will make this request. We strongly recommend exporting and saving any data you may need before July 31, 2026 which you can access and download from Insights.
